Saint Paul, MN – Sagitec Solutions, LLC, a global provider of tailor-made IT solutions for the pension industry, announced today contracts that commenced in mid-2011 with the School Employees Retirement System of Ohio (SERS of Ohio) and the Kentucky Teachers’ Retirement System (KTRS) to deliver new, fully integrated pension administration systems based on Sagitec’s Neospin™ pension administration software framework.  With the addition of SERS of Ohio and KTRS, the Minnesota-based company expands its expertise at implementing major IT systems for retirement plans that cover teachers and school employees, bringing its total number of clients with education employee retirement plans to six.

St. Paul, MN (June 14, 2012) - Sagitec Solutions, LLC, the Minnesota-based IT firm specializing in tailor-made pension administration systems, successfully delivered an integrated line-of-business solution for the Denver Employees Retirement Plan (DERP) of Denver, CO five months ahead of schedule. Despite a flood of early retirements that forced DERP staff to take a three-month hiatus from the project, dedicated teams from both parties collaborated on an innovative solution to the potentially serious setback and drove the project to successful completion. The new system, called CRIS, is live and currently supporting all of DERP’s core business functions.

Sagitec will implement its Neospin™ pension administration software system for the San Diego City Employees’ Retirement System and for the Motion Picture Industry Pension and Health Plans, Sagitec’s first project with a Taft-Hartley fund.

Sagitec will replace multiple applications of MSRB’s current system with a fully hosted, integrated, browser-based solution built on a Microsoft .NET platform.

As the most vital piece of a larger strategic effort to improve their IT infrastructure, the modernization of the Massachusetts State Board of Retirement's pension LOB solution is now in the hands of Sagitec Solutions, LLC. The FPPA was established in 1980 and administers a statewide multiple employer public employee retirement system providing defined benefit plan coverage as well as death and disability coverage for police officers and firefighters throughout the State of Colorado. FPPA also administers over 200 separate defined benefit pension funds for police officers, firefighters, and volunteer fire; as well as a statewide money purchase plan, a statewide hybrid plan, and a 457 deferred compensation plan.
