Sagitec to deliver an advanced Pension Administration Solution to enhance member services and operational efficiency.

Sagitec proudly announces its new project with a state-wide retirement system serving over 500,000 members, including educators, public safety officials, judges, and general employees at both state and local levels.

Under the contract, Sagitec will replace the client’s existing Pension Administration Solution (PAS) and content management solution. The project will include a four-year implementation phase.

The new PAS will provide the client with a modern, scalable solution to improve operational efficiency and member service delivery. Key features include enhanced automation for processing retirement benefits, streamlined workflows to reduce manual interventions, and improved data management capabilities to ensure accuracy and security.
