Grey Parks is the Workforce Practice Leader at Sagitec Solutions, leading efforts to innovate labor and employment systems through scalable technology. Since joining Sagitec in September 2023, he has drawn on his background as Assistant Executive Director for Employment Services at the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce to oversee development of agile workforce-management tools tailored for state and federal programs. At Sagitec, he champions WorkforceNXT, a platform that enables intelligent job matching, streamlined case management, and data-driven insights, and he regularly represents the company at national workforce policy events.
