Sagitec is excited to announce a new employee stock option program. This is a significant step in Sagitec's history and a major milestone in its success story.

The new program is called LEAP, or the Long-term Equity Appreciation Plan.

LEAP will incentivize all employees, irrespective of geographical location or business units, to actively participate and contribute to Sagitec's growth and directly benefit from the improved business performance.

Sagitec does not have any current plans to become publicly listed or exit the business, but LEAP will allow everyone long-term opportunities to benefit from Sagitec's growth.
