Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in software architecture and development to contribute to building and optimizing scalable, high-performing, and secure web applications. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in full-stack development, cloud platforms, and technical leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architect and Develop: Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications using the latest technologies.

• Collaborate: Work with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Optimize Performance: Identify and address bugs, improve application performance, and ensure robust scalability and security.

• Technical Leadership: Guide development teams by conducting code reviews, providing technical direction, and breaking down requirements into actionable tasks.

• Innovate and Adapt: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them to improve product quality and development processes.

• Technology Stack: Work with a diverse tech stack, including .Net Core, C#, Angular, React, Node.js, Microsoft Azure, and others.

• Cloud and DevOps: Leverage cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and DevOps practices to streamline deployment pipelines and infrastructure management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in Microsoft Azure and expertise in full-stack development.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end (e.g., Angular, React) and back-end (e.g., .Net Core, C#) technologies, database management, and RESTful services.

• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews.

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach to software challenges.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and DevOps tools.

• Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and modern cloud platforms.

• Knowledge of security best practices for web development.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Between 18 LPA to 23 LPA
