Role Overview:

We are seeking Sr. Product Engineer/Sr. Engineer with 6-9 years of experience to contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-grade products and solutions. This role demands strong technical skills, hands-on experience with full-stack development, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality software.

The ideal candidate will bring technical leadership, a growth mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Our projects include working with low-code/no-code platforms, .NET technologies, Web APIs, SQL databases, and modern front-end frameworks, alongside emerging AI/ML capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Architects) to design and implement solutions that meet user story requirements.

• Develop and enhance product features using C#, .NET, Web APIs, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., ReactJS/Angular).

• Work on database design, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning using SQL Server or Oracle.

• Implement scalable and modular designs that meet product performance, flexibility, and quality standards.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues while ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

• Mentor junior team members, fostering a knowledge-sharing culture and guiding them on tools, technologies, and best practices.

• Work with Agile/Scrum methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.

• Incorporate AI/ML capabilities using Python to develop intelligent features and applications.

• Support and promote built-in quality practices, ensuring the product adheres to coding standards, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Document technical designs, solutions, and changes for future reference and maintainability.

What We’re Looking For:

•  6-9 years of professional experience in software development, particularly using C#,

• .NET, Web API, and SQL Server.

• Strong hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, or Angular.

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML development (e.g., Python, machine learning algorithms, natural language processing).

• Ability to architect and develop solutions adhering to design standards, scalability, and performance metrics.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps/Git.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.

• Good understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines) and cloud environments like Microsoft Azure (optional but preferred).

• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Xelence™) – training will be provided post-joining.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.

• Certification in C#/.NET or cloud technologies like Azure/AWS is a plus.

• Experience in domains such as Pension, Food and Nutrition, or Payroll is preferred.
