Role Overview:

As a Lead Developer/Lead Product Engineer at Sagitec, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge business solutions and products using modern technologies, including Microsoft platforms and low-code/no-code platforms. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs. This role emphasizes technical leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with best practices and performance standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, design, and implement customized, browser-based business applications or product modules.

• Analyze user stories, prepare technical deliverables (e.g., pseudo-code, data structures, flow diagrams), and ensure technical feasibility and completeness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Quality Assurance, and Product Management, to plan and deliver solutions efficiently.

• Develop modular, maintainable, and reusable solutions adhering to architecture and coding standards.

• Optimize product performance to meet SLAs and user expectations.

• Mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative team environment.

• Perform root cause analysis, resolve defects, and improve product quality metrics.

• Stay updated on platform capabilities, industry standards, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 9 years in software development, including technical leadership roles.

• Strong working knowledge of technologies such as .NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/XML, or experience with low-code/no-code platforms for product development.

• Proven technical leadership experience in designing and developing scalable and configurable business solutions.

• Ability to create technical documentation, design patterns, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Solid understanding of OOPS concepts, system integration, and performance optimization.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.

• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.

• Excellent mentoring and team leadership abilities.
