Neosurance™ also provides multi-lingual support: screens, buttons, commands and more can be translated into multiple languages to support both internal and external users.
Our integrated contact management module consolidates information from multiple sources (e.g., document imaging, phone system, Neosurance™, etc.) into a 360 degree view of the respective contact. Employers can submit wages and payments, view their account balance and designate multiple users and/or third-party administrators. Third-Party Administrators can submit wages and payments (individual or bulk) and can manage multiple employer clients with a single sign-on.

Neosurance™ calculates weekly benefit amount, maximum benefit amount, effective dates, and balance by claim type across all monetary processes. Neosurance™ also manages eligibility issues through efficient workflow management and pre-established application wizard processes that effectively lead staff through eligibility and wage determinations.
Staff can gather eligibility and employment information from claimants throughout the application process, and can process payment requests based on claimant answers. Deductions can be applied and/or offset to the payment before disbursement. Staff can enter certifications on behalf of claimants and manually make past weeks open to claim.
Neosurance™ integrates with re-employment services. This allows claimants to log into and learn the navigation of one portal that displays their job matches, lists additional reemployment services available, allows updates of claimant reemployment information and allows for easy collection of required job search information.
Neosurance™ provides efficient and highly intuitive workflow technology that pushes the most critical, in terms of timeliness and agency priority, adjudication issues to the appropriate adjudicators. Application wizards guide staff through a series of steps to accurately make a decision, and then pre-fills determination letters based on the specific decision rational selected by the adjudicator. The Adjudication module also seamlessly integrates with SIDES to obtain updated separation information.
Upon receipt of the individual wage records from employers or third-party representatives Neosurance™ validates the employer liability and type and automatically calculates the amount of taxes due based on the wage detail provided by the employer/agent. This reduces the agency, employer and TPA’s workload by eliminating the need to reconcile summary and detail wage information resulting in improved data quality. In addition, the taxable wages are tracked based on social security number and the wage maintenance subcomponent is integrated with the monetary re-determination subcomponent within benefits. This drastically improves overall data management for both tax and benefits processing.
Staff can manage annual rate and fee calculations and calculate employer tax rates. Neosurance™ allows staff to modify actuarial components, change rates and calculations and provide employers with real-time views of benefits charged and rate information.
Neosurance™ provides an online or offline function that integrates with tax elements of the solution, all while maintaining a high level of security. This functionality allows states to meet federal auditing requirements and includes features to select random and targeted audits. Field audit updates synchronize an employer’s business information with the information stored in Neosurance™. Field audit staff are able to interface with a central repository of data, providing much needed data integrity and consistency.
On the Benefits side, Neosurance™ provides an intuitive user interface for extracting data for Benefits Accuracy Measurement (BAM) and Benefits Timeliness and Quality (BTQ) samples.
