Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and skilled Software Engineers/Developers to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions across various projects. Whether working on enterprise products, custom solutions, or cutting-edge technologies, you will contribute to delivering robust, scalable, and innovative applications.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work in a development team to design, develop, and maintain integrated web-based and desktop applications.

• Develop high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using C#, .NET, and SQL Server.

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.

• Perform analysis, coding, unit testing, and debugging of software solutions.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code that adheres to architecture and coding standards.

• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to deliver reliable and high-performance applications.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including grooming, estimation, and sprint reviews.

• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and frameworks as needed.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Development Leads, and Product Managers, to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

• Monitor application performance post-deployment and address any defects or issues in a timely manner.

• Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to code reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of hands-on software development experience.

• Strong working knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and OOP concepts.

• Intermediate proficiency with MS SQL Server, including database development, SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, or XML.

• Solid understanding of design principles for scalable, maintainable applications (OOP, SOLID principles).

• Familiarity with Agile development practices (e.g., SAFe or Scrum).

• Ability to adapt to low-code/no-code platforms and new technologies.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset.

• Experience in domains like Pension, Payroll, Accounting, Insurance, or similar is an added advantage.

Bonus Points For:

• Exposure to SAFe Agile Framework.

• Knowledge of benefit administration, finance, or insurance domains.

• Experience working on enterprise-level products or projects.
