Technical Leader

Location: Richmond - USA

Responsibilities:
Sagitec Solutions, LLC seeks Technical Leader-Software Engineers II to manage and lead the professional IT team members in enterprise-level multi-million dollar public employee retirement management system modernization projects in Richmond metropolitan area in Virginia in building applications for full life cycle design and development of intranet and internet retirement pension and benefit plan management IT system applications using Microsoft.Net, C#, ASP.Net, or Java, J2EE, Object Oriented technologies, IBM FileNet, XML, SQL Server or Oracle database technologies and LoadRunner for testing tool. Review and validate the output of the members of the teams. Lead the technical teams for projects from inception to delivery.

Required Work Experience:

The job requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems with minimum of five years of work experience with the job offered or seven years of experience in software engineer, consultant, or technical architect. Experience should include enterprise-level project using Object Oriented, C#, J2EE, Microsoft.Net, IBM FileNet, ASP.Net, SQL, LoadRunner.

Project Manager

Location: USA. Relocation or extensive travel will be required
Responsibilities:

Manage complex multi-year fixed price projects from requirements, design, development, testing and deployment
Manage requirements and scope
Manage efforts/cost, quality and schedule
Risk mitigation and contingency planning
Strong project management with proper work breakdown planning by tasks and individual - Plan and monitor project deliverables, goals and milestones
Direct and oversees project engineering teams - including individual and team performance evaluations
Efficiently identify and resolve project issues and any conflicts within group
Manage subcontractors and external services
Designs and maintain technical and project documentation – incl. training and testing plans

Skills:

Qualifications :

Senior Business Analyst

Location: Roseville, MN / Boston, MA

Job Description:
We seek a Senior Business Analyst to join a functional team in designing and delivering a pension system in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The primary responsibilities focus on working closely with clients to understand their business processes and to confirm system requirements. The selected individual will be responsible for process and business analysis, unified modeling documentation, system testing, end--user training, and general end-user support. This is a client-facing position that involves minimal programming work.
Three or more years experience in systems requirements analysis and definition is preferred. Candidate must be willing to relocate to Minneapolis in the next one to three years.

Required Work Experience:

Must have experience with preparing and facilitating JAD sessions, writing Use Case documentation, creating and executing ST Test Cases
Must have experience working with development teams during design and construction phases
Must have experience conducting client presentations and facilitating group meetings
Must be able to own and resolve issues by working independently and directly with client
Should have experience working with offshore development teams
Should have SQL writing skills
Should have experience with system testing activities

Systems Administrator

Job Description:
As part of our Infrastructure Team, this position is responsible for systems administration of internal and external (client) Windows and Linux infrastructure. Responsibilities include: server builds, system, software and end user support, Active Directory maintenance, Vmware, Sharepoint, backup and disaster recovery processes and many others.

The role will be performed from Denver with dispersed team members across the country and in India. You will be required to travel up to 25 percent of the time.

Qualifications:

7 plus years technical support including Systems Administration and/or Systems Engineering
Extensive experience with Active Directory including managing/maintaining several domains
Expert knowledge of network protocols such as: DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SFTP.
