International Women's Day and the Power of Give to Gain

Written by Sukanya Samy | Fri, Mar 13, 2026

At Sagitec, International Women’s Day isn’t just a date on the calendar—it’s a catalyst for ongoing dialogue, learning, and collective empowerment. Throughout March, we’re embracing the 2026 International Women’s Day theme, Give to Gain, by fostering a culture where mutual investment and support drive real progress. Our activities span the entire month, reflecting our commitment to building a more inclusive and connected workplace—and sharing those lessons with the broader community.

As part of our observance this year, on behalf of the women of Sagitec, we are proud to donate to Girls Who Code, an organization dedicated to supporting and empowering the next generation of women in technology. This contribution reflects our belief that when we invest in opportunity and education, we help create pathways that benefit individuals, industries, and communities for years to come.

Monthly Learning Initiatives

One of our centerpiece programs is the Daily Learning Challenge. Each day through March, Sagitec team members are encouraged to dedicate a few focused moments to personal and professional growth. These bite-sized learning opportunities are designed not only to develop new skills, but also to cultivate habits that elevate our teams and the organization as a whole. By investing in ourselves and each other, we’re reinforcing the knowledge, confidence, and collaboration that propel us forward.

Amplifying Stories and Voices

Our celebration extends beyond learning and events. Throughout March, we’re inviting employees and community members to share their own stories—moments that reflect the spirit of Give to Gain, career milestones, or experiences of support and empowerment.

Building an Empowered Community

Women’s day celebrations in India offices brought team members together for a hands-on Mandala Art activity—a creative and relaxing way to connect. While most opted for the art session, others expressed interest in dance, poetry, and skits, reflecting the diverse talents within our offices.

Senior managers and women colleagues shared inspiring remarks on the impact of women at Sagitec, fostering meaningful conversations and strengthening our sense of community.

As we move forward, Sagitec’s commitment to International Women’s Day is about more than recognition—it’s about action. Every skill shared, every story told, and every act of support contributes to a workplace—and a world—that is more inclusive, empowered, and resilient.
