Sagitec today announced that its legal disputes with Deloitte have been resolved through a confidential settlement.The settlement concludes two related matters: the civil lawsuit filed by Deloitte against Sagitec, in which Sagitec asserted counterclaims, and the separate lawsuit Sagitec filed against Deloitte in April 2025 for defamation and unfair competition. With the settlement, all claims in both matters have been resolved on confidential terms.
Because the terms of the settlement are confidential, Sagitec will not provide additional details about the cases or their resolution. The company emphasized that litigation is not a typical part of its business approach and reaffirmed its commitment to fair competition, client trust, and serving the public sector with integrity.
