Sagitec Press Releases

Sagitec is Proud to be a Sponsor at the Women Ambassadors Forum

The Women Ambassadors Forum strives to provide women leaders from all social, economic, and cultural backgrounds with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to unlock their potential.

As part of their agenda to spark a positive change, Women Ambassadors is getting female veterans together on 17 May 2019 in Tampa, Florida, to be seen, heard, and acknowledged and Sagitec is a proud sponsor. Though military women have the same experience as their male counterparts, they are under-served – they receive less recognition and consideration.

Ingrid Harb founded the Women Ambassadors Forum in 2015 while still in college and has since partnered with over 30 Fortune 500 companies creating five forums reaching women in 85 countries.

“I wanted to create a community that was truly inclusive and all of the five events were created to serve this purpose”, said Ingrid. “Employers have resources and opportunities and my goal is just to connect women with them. This year we have over ten employers of which Sagitec is one and we are happy to have their support”.

Sagitec has always promoted an atmosphere of continuous innovation and improvement and is an equal opportunity employer.

“We have always encouraged diversity and inclusion and we are proud to take one more step in that direction”, said Piyush Jain, CEO, Sagitec. “Our partnership with the Women Ambassadors Forum for this event is also to provide opportunities for female veterans, most of whom have a college education and are qualified for jobs in technology”.

Lori Deshler, Project Manager at Sagitec will be speaking to the attendees on how to seek opportunities, level up careers, and break through internal and external boundaries in a corporate environment.

“One of Sagitec’s guiding principles is to be bigger than ourselves and we are finding unique ways to make positive contributions to the communities we live and work in”, said Sanjay Bhasin, Chief Human Resources Officer, Sagitec. “We have opened up our careers page to all the attendees. We are excited to see and speak with some of these extraordinary women at the conference”.

Sagitec has been driving vision into action for clients since 2004 and solving complex problems in the benefits administration industry. And we do this with proven technology and experts and with diverse teams that come from varied walks of life.
