Job Description

Sagitec is seeking a Cloud Services Sales and Business Development Manager for an exciting new initiative that Sagitec is taking in partnership with Microsoft Azure. The perfect candidate for this position has about 5 years of direct Azure or AWS sales experience into Health and Human Services organizations. This position will directly report to Sagitec’s Director of Infrastructure, but is expected to cross-pollinate with sales team members in other lines of business at Sagitec, account directors/executives, and other client-delivery teams. While Sagitec has had great success moving our customer base to the cloud, the person fulfilling this role has a unique opportunity to make Sagitec the go-to-cloud services provider for all of Health and Human Services.


  • Build the market pipeline: Right now, customers who are purchasing our other products have requirements around cloud services. We satisfy these requirements and we believe that we are the best in the market at what we do. But, we haven’t been chasing this work outside of already established relationship—and, we know that has to change. We think this will include inbound and output sales oversight, client facing meetings, price quotes, product information, and relationship building with customers as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Engineer opportunities based on customer need: We’re looking for someone who can more than just sell a product. We want someone who listens to customer needs, understands the technology, and can work with customers and internal teams to uncover new opportunities that increase sales and profits while providing the best value to our customers.
  • Provide good ole-fashion sales elbow grease: We want someone who knows how to sell. This position will require traveling, customer meetings, presentations, training, and trade shows. You will need to use good ole-fashion elbow grease to drive the exceeding of goals and objectives. You can expect to make lots of outbound phone calls and emails.
  • Partner with and support Sagitec’s Infrastructure and Cloud Services Division: This is the division that will support you in everything that you do so being a true partner with Sagitec’s Infrastructure and Cloud Services Division is imperative to the success in this role. You will partners with I&CS for sales engineering, service support, and strategic business development planning.


  • 5 years of sales experience
  • Any experience selling Azure or AWS is a HUGE advantage
  • Any experience with Health and Human Services customers is a HUGE advantage
  • Our preferred home-base locations for this position include Tampa, Minneapolis, or Denver
  • Travel will be required
