FileNet Developer
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Knowledge, skill and abilities required to successfully perform the work:
- Must have at least 6 years of working I.T. experience and 4 years of FileNet technology experience.
- Must have experience in designing, implementing and supporting IBM FileNet system.
Demonstrated ability in the following applications:
- IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager 4.x / 5.x

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- FileNet P8 4.5 / 5.0 developer specializes in developing the content-centric-workflows and queuing to automate manual paper processing, auto routing and work distribution
- Hands on experience with the FileNet P8 APIs and solid knowledge of Object oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD), UML and RUP

- Seeking a project administrator to work with the Project Management Office (PMO) for software projects. Positions locations include Little Canada, MN and other client locations in the US. The person will also be responsible for Office Administration and project management and administrative tasks to support staff at the office in coordination with HR and Finance.

Seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst experienced in working with systems development teams, architects and end users. Position requires multiple years of demonstrated experience in working with large complex application software systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of professional experience working in a Business Analyst role in design, testing and implementing IS solutions.
- Strong experience with SDLC methodologies specific to requirements elicitation and analysis, analyzing and managing problem incident reports, preparing business use cases, and testing the system fixes and enhancements.

Systems Administrator

- As part of our Infrastructure Team, this position is responsible for systems administration of internal and external (client) Windows and Virtualized infrastructure. Responsibilities include: server builds, system, software and end user support, Active Directory maintenance, VMware, SharePoint, backup and disaster recovery processes and many others.

Senior Project Manager
Location: Montana, USA
Job Description:
- The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of technology-focused projects of significant complexity from conception through delivery, including successful project definition, planning, budgeting, time estimating and scheduling, project staff planning and resource leveling, organizing, and leading high performance project teams, and delivery of projects within assigned organization. The Senior Project Manager manages all factors that govern project success to ensure high-quality delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters. Influences stakeholders and resource managers to follow standard project management practices and achieve project goals.
- This person MUST have large programs/Projects management experience, be able to be hands on while understanding the big picture. Coaching of more junior PMs will also be part of the role. Analytical, detailed oriented, strong personality but diplomatic. Shall always be in the driver seat.
Responsibilities include:
- Works with multi-functional teams to define, estimate, and document the overall scope of projects with significant complexity; may provide direction to other Project Managers.

Data Conversion Developer
Location: Columbus, OH
Job Description:
- The Data Conversion Developer is responsible for analysis, design, code, and testing of multiple components of automated data conversion process. He / She performs coding activities using Sql Server along with /SQL and other tools used to migrate data.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate/drive the data conversion implementation process including: planning, requirements gathering, functional design, data mapping, development, testing, and deployment.
- Maintaining documentation on data conversion methodology, applications, and tools. Generation of client-specific requirements, scope and approach, source to target mapping and technical specifications documentation.
- Serve as the client-facing presence for the Data Conversion team.
- Lead technical analysis and resolution.
