  • Any social media background in a corporate setting is a plus (because we believe social media is starting to and will continue to impact communications and training so we may need to leverage this knowledge in the future)
  • Certified Performance and Learning Professional (CPLP) from the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) not required, but additional consideration will be given to candidates with this certification
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Change management knowledge and experience is a plus (because our software implementations can vastly change organizations resulting in change management and buy-in being half of the battle in training)
  • Pension and / or insurance experience is a plus
  • Government experience is a plus
