Senior Business Analyst
Location: Denver, CO
Job Description:
This is a client facing position that involves minimal programming work. We seek an aggressive self starter who is eager to work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and translate them into use case specifications. From there, the selected individual will be responsible for documentation, testing and training and user support. Three or more years’ experience in systems requirements analysis and definition is desired.
Requirements Detailed job activities:
- Facilitate design meetings with clients to analyze existing systems and understand business and user needs
- Must have proven experience with preparing and facilitating JAD sessions, writing Use Case documentation, creating and executing ST Test Cases

Training Coordinator
Location: Little Canada, MN
Job Description:
Sagitec is seeking a creative and energetic Training Coordinator to fill a position in Little Canada, MN. This person will partner with three other Training Coordinators to plan, implement, and evaluate training programs for Sagitec’s clients and staff. Activities may include:
- Working with clients and project teams to identify training and documentation needs and requirements
- Developing and writing training program plans based on the needs analysis
- Presenting developed training program plans to clients and project teams
- Identifying resources needs to implement the training program
- Working with marketing to sell learning and communication services
- Developing learning materials for both instructor-led and e-learning events
- Developing practice activities, games, and other retention activities for both instructor-led and e-learning events
- Scheduling and coordinating events including flights, hotel, training venues, and additional resources
- Facilitating online and in-person training events for staff, clients, and client stakeholders/customers
- Evaluating training materials and events
- Assessing learners knowledge and retention
- Supporting other Training Coordinators on their projects and programs

Basic Job Knowledge and Skills
- Must have a four-year degree (Bachelors) from an accredited institution

- Must be able to travel 40% annually (travel always requires multiple overnight stays)
- Understands basic project management such as creating plans, assigning resources to those plans, following up with resources to identify issues/risks early, and reporting on progress

- Training and communication experience is a plus

- Any social media background in a corporate setting is a plus (because we believe social media is starting to and will continue to impact communications and training so we may need to leverage this knowledge in the future)
- Certified Performance and Learning Professional (CPLP) from the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) not required, but additional consideration will be given to candidates with this certification
- Project management experience is a plus
- Change management knowledge and experience is a plus (because our software implementations can vastly change organizations resulting in change management and buy-in being half of the battle in training)
- Pension and / or insurance experience is a plus
- Government experience is a plus
