Our delivery model balances a combination of onsite and offsite services. Sagitec's founders have successfully executed several large multi-million dollar projects in an on-site/off-site distributed environment. This allows us to tailor our pension solution for customers while simultaneously containing costs, accelerating deployment, and ensuring a high degree of quality. Life-cycle activities that require heavy customer interaction such as requirement analysis, functional reviews and integration testing are typically executed and coordinated at each customer site. Activities that require lower levels of customer interaction such as detail design, coding, unit and component testing are typically done offsite at the Sagitec development center in Minnesota. This allows our clients to guide and participate in the solution while balancing development resources, operational resources and associated costs.
